I've lived in Miami for 4 years now and it is hands-down the healthiest city in the United States. Not just because of the high level of fitness-driven individuals, but because of the availability of healthy food. This article is focused on the Best Vegan-Only Restaurants in Miami. I am not claiming that all Vegan food is a healthy choice, but for the most part it is. If you're going to try the Vegan diet, there's no better place than Miami to do so.
